At Primitive Camping and Bushcraft, we do our best to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery for all products sold through www.primitive-camping.com.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and packaged by hand in Mississippi. Orders are typically shipped within 3 to 5 business days of being placed, unless otherwise stated. Processing times may vary during busy seasons, special promotions, or events.

Shipping Rates and Methods
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, packaging size, and delivery location.
All orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most cost-effective option for your area. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order ships.
Delivery Estimates
Most packages arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping, depending on location. Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons. Primitive Camping and Bushcraft is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.
Shipping for Perishable or Food Products
Freeze dried meals are sealed for long-term storage and safe shipment. We take care to ensure all food items are properly packaged, but we are not responsible for damage caused by extreme heat, cold, or postal mishandling once the order has left our facility.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@primitive-camping.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and contents. We will review each case individually to determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.
If your package is lost in transit, please notify us immediately so we can assist in tracking or filing a carrier claim.
Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Local pickup options may be available for certain Mississippi events or markets. If available, contact me before purchase.
